Can I link my Business Account to a Family account which I'm not the owner of?

So I have a Family account but I'm not the owner.
I realized recently that the Biz account offers a complementary perk, that is to pay for a linked Personal/Family account.
Is this possible to link to my non-owner account and "pay" for the full amount? Or do I need to link to the owner's one?
