Upgrading to 1Password Families

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade my personal account to 1Password families. The other person also have a personal 1Password account. When I try to follow the directions in 1Password's forum by "inviting a user," I do not have an invite option when I sign-in to 1Password.com. The only option I have is to manage my subscription with the Apple App store. When I go to my Apple subscriptions, it does not give me the option to change to Families. How can I go about getting this upgraded?

    We'll need to make some changes on our side. When you've canceled the App Store subscription please reach out to support using support@1password.com

    You're only canceling the subscription (billing method) not your your data. It will be safe.
