"Forbidden" when trying to log in to 1Password

In one of our locations (Paris) our employees gets "forbidden" error when attempting to log in to 1Password. It works perfectly when laptop is connected to a mobile hotspot, but via corporate networks it won't work.
I contacted support via email last night, but haven't heard back yet (#AFW-51527-272).

Please help. Thanks in advance.
