Administrator leaves company

When an administrator of a business account leaves the company what can be done to get into the account by the IT admin taking over. We have tried contacting the previous admin to get information, but have not been able to get anywhere.

    In short, there is no real solution available. We never have access to your account. It sounds like you might be ready for the task of creating a new account and moving the data to the new account.

    It's one of the real reasons we highly recommend having multiple admins. We here at 1Password have no access and cannot promote someone to an admin.
