Failed to confirm members

I added a guest to our 1Password Team Starter Pack, the guest accepted the invitation but in an attempt to confirm the user I got the error message with the title "Failed to confirm members". I could not find any workaround. Is there a possible way to get confirm the guest or do I have to reject the user? Rejecting the user will lead to the user and all items associated to the user permanent delete.
