Built-in two factor authentication.

I just had a popup that I needed a code from my two factor auth app and I got an idea of a built-in one with auto fill into the code field. Also, you could add message tracking on the mobile app to automatically retrieve mobile phone codes. The app I am using right now is Authy and they're shutting down their support for windows, so an alternative from you would be nice! :]

It's already available in 1Password. You scan the QR code not with your smartphone but instead (or additionally) with 1Password and 1Password will generate the 6 digit code and autofill like a password.

  • Hello @Futuraura! 👋

Welcome to the community! Let me know if you still need help after taking a look at the article that Tertius3 posted (thanks for the help!).

If the one-time password feature that is already included in 1Password doesn't match your suggestion then let me know more and I'd be happy to file a feature request on your behalf. 🙂
