Git commit signing no private key found

Same issue as https://1password.community/discussion/141940/no-ssh-private-key-found-when-using-git but I set up git commit signing correctly (I think). Fatal: Failed to write commit object. Refers me to https://developer.1password.com/docs/ssh/agent/config/ which I followed.

OS Version: Win11
Browser: Visual Studio, Native GIT bash shell

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
