New user / No confirmation prompt

I have invited a new user via email. The new user has completed the enrollment process and can successfully login to 1Password. In the Admin Console there are no users waiting to be confirmed. I see the user has successfully logged in the activity log but no access to vaults and no prompt to confirm.

    Additional Information...The user invitation shows pending in the admin console.

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when inviting a new user. I see that you've open a support ticket with the team over email, one of my colleagues will send you another reply soon.

    Since we have a communications channel open via email, I'm closing this thread to prevent duplication of efforts. 🙂
