New user / No confirmation prompt
I have invited a new user via email. The new user has completed the enrollment process and can successfully login to 1Password. In the Admin Console there are no users waiting to be confirmed. I see the user has successfully logged in the activity log but no access to vaults and no prompt to confirm.

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when inviting a new user. I see that you've open a support ticket with the team over email, one of my colleagues will send you another reply soon.
