Getting this error when setting up a new user on 1password using SSO

I have a new user I am trying to add into our 1password team but keep getting this. I have tried a Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and made sure that no extensions are installed. I cannot see anything in the activity log regarding this. Any help would be appreciated.
