Too many requests access blocked
Hello 1Password,
some of our users are experiencing issues with getting to their 1password account. I created a support ticket by sending an email to businesssupport@1password.com, but I do not have any response. I didn't even get automated reply with a ticket number. This is hindering our operational capabilities as the user cannot get to the secrets! How can I get any movement with the issue?
