Auto submitting the wrong button ID

When auto filling user and password, 1password extension is "clicking" the password recover button, instead of the correct submit button. I have to copy and past to make it work

    Thank you for reporting the issue! Just to confirm, are you reporting the issue on the following page: https://sso.acesso.gov.br/login?? If you are then it looks like I need to enter a valid CPF number (which I don't have) in order to see the password field.
