Two versions of the 1Password app in the same iPhone
After a long time I decided to update from version 7 to version 8. After installing v8 I realized that I have both APPs, v7 and v8. The vault that I used in v7 was backed up in the cloud. My question is this: Can I delete the v7 app without deleting the information I have in the cloud and without affecting the information I already have in the v8 app? Thank you.

Thank you for the question! Once you confirm that you can see all of your items in 1Password 8 on your iPhone, you can remove the older version by following the steps in this guide: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
I would also take a moment to ensure that you've downloaded and save your Emergency Kit.
