Extension 2.23.1 Slow to load and won't fill for several websites

Since the upgrade to 2.23.1 I'm having an issue with autofill on several websites. These sites worked before, but now when I try to click the 1Password login that drops down I get no response. Also no response when clicking 1Password extension button on the Chrome toolbar and clicking Autofill. It also now takes almost 10 seconds to load the dialog when I click the extension button for these sites. For sites where it works it's instant. I get this error in the debug console:

Seeing it in the sites below. For Fidelity and Vanguard I have multiple logins saved, for United just one.

I'm sorry that autofill isn't working properly on your Windows PC. As a first step could you try the following:

1. Update 1Password to version 2.23.3: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser
2. Restart your PC.

Then try to reproduce the issue again. If you still see the same behaviour, then I'd like to request that you send in a console log so that I can investigate further:
