Add Mica effect on Windows 11

Hi,
can you add the mica effect on Windows 11 just like the transparency effect on macOS? Electron added the related APIs since v26 (released almost one year ago):

You can see it in the docs in the backgroundMaterial property here and here.

I hope it will be added to improve the look of 1P on Windows 11 (also it should be very easy to add).
