autofill broken on android samsuns s21 plus

starting a few days ago, the device will not autofill or suggest to auto fill on app it worked before
what i tried?
1. delete the app name form the 1pass entry and make it fill, result is it will only show fill once, so the app wasn't registered again for that 1pass entry
2. delete the 1pass data from the settings, and relogin, didn't help
