My company account is still frozen, even though we already paid

My company's finances department changed, and we missed an email from 1Password about our account being frozen because of a missed payment.

So, today, our account got frozen, and no one in our company can use their 1Password. I paid the invoice that was missing, which was a whole new year renewal, but our account is still frozen.

Is there anything else I should do? How can I unlock my account?
