Billing Notifications

Hello. I have a Family account (with myself and my wife). I believe I'm listed as the 'Family Organizer', but both of us have full access. During my recent annual renewal, we were both sent email notices of the renewal process. While this is fine, I would expect and want the renewal notice to only go out to the 'Family Organizer'. Is this possible and how do I change the settings to achieve this? I'm running the latest versions. Thanks

    Billing notices go out to all owners. You likely have the both of you as owners. I recommend it myself as it helps ensure one can help the other with account recovery.

    Thanks for your feedback. I agree that it is good to allow both members to have full access, but both do not need to receive the billing notices. I think I have fixed this for the future. From the online account, I can go to the Billing section and in the 'Billing Settings', I found both our emails listed. I changed that to be just my e-mail address.

    The renewal email has gone to my Family Organisers, surely it should just go to the person who pays.

    Caused some confusion and panic in my family and also revealed the cost!!

    How can I make sure in future the renewal email only comes to me?

    I hope you've been well since we last talked.

    The email message would go to all Organizers. It is not possible to restrict the emails to a single person or group of persons. You could add additional email addresses but not restrict them. I'd be happy to mention this is something you'd be interested in to the team. I have taken the liberty or preemptively doing that. :)

    To my knowledge it has always been that way. As to your request, I requested the ability to allow a more granular control over which Organizers receive the email notifications. More like an Organizer and sub-organization structure.

    Perfect. Maybe I’ve only added organisers since the last renewal.

    My eldest seemed willing to pay, perhaps I should have let him 🤣
