Can a non-admin / non-owner find out who admins and owners are?

I'd like to know who in my organization to ask to create a group and assign people to that group, but I don't know who to ask. Is there a way to find out who the admins and owners of an account are?

The best place to start is to look at the email you received inviting you to 1Password or your IT team.
