Status is Offline and Won't Reconnect
This afternoon, my 1password gave me the error that it is offline and it won't reconnect. Because of this, all of my vaults show as empty (which is how I know this is a recent phenomenon, I was using the passwords this morning). I've already restarted my computer and quit and restarted 1P. I've also generated a diagnostics report and sent it to support. Is there anything else I can try? I can't even get into my work email now, so this is really serious.

I'm sorry that 1Password for Windows is showing as offline on your device. Our support team will be in the best position to help you with this, I see that they've already reached out to you and one of my colleagues will send you another email soon.
