Hello, when using OnePass, I understand there's a hide on this page option, but it resets when you close the browser and re-open it. I use OnePass all the time at my work, but deal with a lot of sites that have fields and it's becoming quiet annoying to have to re-enable this everytime I restart the computer/chrome. Anyone know a workaround to get this to become a permanent "hide on this page". I'm using Chrome OnePass, along with the desktop app. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • Hello @suid! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password is getting in the way. There isn't a way to permanently tell 1Password not to show suggestions on a certain page, the "Hide on this page" option only persists until you restart your browser (as you mentioned).

I'd be happy to file a feature request on your behalf, can you tell me a little more about how 1Password is getting in the way on certain pages? Are you able to provide examples or screenshots of the situation so that I can understand it better?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Dave_1P I know I might be an odd ball scenario, but I work administration for a non-profit and deal with systems. So I'm in and out of our electronic health record and a government system constantly. That said, I'm always looking up peoples names or completing different forms. So, having this show up every single time/day/restarting my browser, really becomes troublesome. I've attached a few screenshots for reference. Thank you for your assistance to this matter.

  • Hello @suid, thank you for your reply. I appreciate the additional information.

I've filed a feature request on your behalf in support of making the "Hide on this page" option permanent.

In the meantime, I can suggest toggling off the Inline menu on field focus. This will allow you to show/hide 1Password’s autofill menu manually as needed by clicking the 1Password icon within the field. Here’s how to turn that setting off:

    1. Right-click on the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar and select "Settings".
    2. In the Autofill & save section, toggle off "Show autofill suggestions when a form field is in focus".

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
