Export option is greyed out

Hello, im the admin for my business account. Im having trouble exporting items, and this seems to be the case with all my users.

When I go to file -> export -> my org is greyed out.
We are using okta for authentication, not sure if that matters.

1Password Version: 8.10.32
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: MacOS 14.5
Browser: Chrome
