[Autofil] existing credentials not autofilled in Fastly beta login page (Keycloak)

I have an account in 1Password set to autofill on https://accounts.fastly.com/ (the beta login page for the Fastly CDN); however when I visit the login page on that domain I get prompted to fill my username from identity or create a masked email address, not to fill my existing credentials. I can work around this by clicking the extension icon, searching for the appropriate account, and hitting the "Autofill" button.

The page in question is at https://accounts.fastly.com/realms/fastly/protocol/openid-connect/auth?client_id=manage-fastly-com&redirect_uri=https://manage.fastly.com/&response_type=code&scope=openid&state=-&code_challenge=-&code_challenge_method=S256&response_mode=query (technically not a valid login request but will get you to the right HTML and avoids me sharing any real OIDC state).

This appears to me to be a custom Keycloak theme, but I'm not sure how much of this is due to the theme and how much this would be a problem for any Keycloak installation.
