Well you still have the “harvest now, decrypt later” (HNDL) attacks. e.g. if you have your Social Security Number in your vault, they can capture it today and view it tomorrow.
Thus, the question is still sound. And it's why companies like Apple and other have already implemented Post-Quantum Cryptography.
Thus, I'd also like to ask where it is on the 1password roadmap?
