Autofill no longer fills passwords, credit cards, or other forms

Autofill no longer works on any sites and does not offer to fill out credit cards or other forms. I must copy and paste all usernames/passwords. I disabled Webroot and installed the latest 1Password updates, but the problem remains.

    I'm sorry that 1Password is no longer filling passwords and other items on your device. As a first step, please try all of the steps in this guide: If 1Password isn't working in your browser

    If that still doesn't work then can you tell me the following:

    1. What kind of device and browser are you using?
    2. When you click on a username or password field on a website do you see the 1Password icon in that field?
    3. Do you see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar?

    Microsoft Surface/Chrome and Edge - Same issues with both browsers

    When you click on a username or password field on a website, do you see the 1Password icon? No
    Do you see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar? Yes

    When I signed in to your site to respond to this email, the icon did show up for the first time in a while.

    I'm having an issue with 1Password not appearing when I try to sign on to any site and autofill forms. I previously received a solution with instructions to follow but none of the suggestions have fixed the problem.I was instructed to start a new thread if the solutions did to fix the problem. Interestingly, when I sign on to the 1Password site, the icon appears and it autofills when I select it.

    Do you now see the 1Password icon on other sites when you click into the username or password field? Or is it still missing there? If it is still missing there then can you post the website address of one of the websites where 1Password isn't working so that I can take a look?

    So what do we do next? I have done all you suggested and responded to all questions. I have paid for the use of this app, and I paid Geek Squad to resolve the issue with Webroot, but they could not. So I am paying for an app that I can not use., I get emails from you but not a solution
