Show current site at top of Favorites in browser extension, and allow note editing in the extension

While currently viewing a website, the browser extension shows the entry for that site at the top of Suggestions in the extension, which is great. However, my preferred and usual view is Favorites, and the current site is not at the top. Clearly, while I'm on SiteA, the info for SiteA is my current favorite of the moment! I often have to go back and forth to the extension to reference my notes or copy/paste credentials when they will not autofill, and each time I have to repeat a search in the extension to bring it back into view. Too much effort! Just please put the current site at the top of whatever view is active or preferred in the browser extension. I hope this makes sense.

In addition, it would be great to be able to edit notes in the extension. I use notes extensively for key reminders about a site, and it is highly inconvenient to be unable to do this in the extension while on that site's page. Adding a "quick" note is a super-unquick process!

Thanks!

  • Hello @RonOnThePond. Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that you'd like to have the option to show the current website suggested above favourited items in the 1Password extension pop-over. Additionally, to edit notes in the extension.

While I can't make any promises, I've shared your feedback with our product team in favour of these feature requests.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
