feature wish : stronger lock (1Password password, not just Windows Hello) in some cases

Currently, when 1Password locks (explicitly, after a delay, or when Windows locks, etc), it only requires "soft" authentication through Windows Hello. This is all good, and the level of security (through Windows PIN or fingerprint) is adequate for regular re-authentication during a working day.

But I'd like to be able to use a stronger lock as well, which forces typing the full 1Password password on the next "unlock" (as if we quit 1Password completely or rebooted the PC). Different users might want different behavior so this should be left under their control, but for me, it would make sense to use this stronger lock when the laptop goes to sleep or hibernate (typically, after we put the laptop in the bag and take public transportation... where the laptop could be stolen; or when we leave the laptop alone for long enough).
