Can't get password sharing within my family to work
I recently created a Families account, imported my entries from LastPass and later invited my wife to join the Families account. She did and also asked to import her entries from LastPass. I then confirmed her as a member and configured my vaults to be shared with her. Despite that, she can't see any of the vaults or entries that I shared with her. What missing step have I failed to do?

No, I'm trying to share vaults other than the "Private" one that were created as part of the import from LastPass. The "Shared" vault claims that everyone in the family should have access and the UI in the MacOS app let me explicitly add access for my wife to the other non-private vaults, but she's still unable to access any of them.

Have you confirmed your wife's account? They will not be able to access shared information until that is done. Assuming you've done that it mighty be time to get you into email support where my colleagues will have access to account specifics which we do not have access to here in the community. Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, as I mentioned in the original post, I'd already confirmed my wife's account. I ended up contacting Support about this and I'm still not sure if any explicit action was taken, but it's working now. :)
