Multiple "Employee Vaults"?
I'm a new Business user. If I understand correctly, employees each get an "Employee Vault", not shared with any colleague; but if create other vaults, they will be necessarily manageable by Owners. Owners could also access Employee Vaults by triggering an account recovery if they also control the email system. But this is much heavier (and less discreet) than having direct management access to the non-Employee vaults.
Feature wish : make it possible for each user to create extra "personal" vaults, which behave like employee vaults (w.r.t. lack of sharing and owner access), but allow restricting access to only some applications. The use case I have in mind would be storing things like SSH keys in a dedicate vault which don't need to be made visible to mobile apps (Android/iOS).

Also, IIUC, unlike the built-in Employee Vaults, extra vaults share a global namespace. Two users cannot use the same secondary vault name. This makes it more difficult to use shared scripts accessing items through the CLI (accessing each user's secondary vault with a uniform name).

Also, currently it is a lot more convenient to organize items using vaults (on the windows client, you can batch move items from vaults to vaults) than using tags (see also, win-desktop-app-batch-adding-and-removing-tags).
