Locked out after attempting to add passkey

Was attempting to add a Yubikey 5c NFC to my 1password account on Windows11 and the latest Chrome. Windows popped up wanting to know the PIN for the key, which I supplied, but then the browser said the key wasn't recognized. Now I am completely locked out of my 1password account on all devices. It wants the key, but the key I was using is not accepted.

All I can think of is Windows hello or something snagged the passkey before it got stored on the yubikey. Have a ticket open with 1password too, but has anyone seen this behavior before?.

    Tommy - The ticket was actually opened on behalf of my brother, [#NIS-57915-773]. It has been resolved now, thanks for the reply. -Tim
