Vault not accessible for user when they logged in after a long absence
A user had previously been assigned full access to a vault, yet when they logged in the vault was not visible.
I disabled access and granted full access again, they logged out and logged into 1Password, and found that access had been restored.
Can someone explain why this would have happened? We would like to understand the root cause and avoid a recurrence in the future.

so that our support team can investigate this further.
