The application does not offer an autofill option for Ziraat App

Some apps use non standard autofillHints "passwordAuto", ex: com.ziraat.ziraatmobil

Node example:
AutofillNode(id=AndroidAutofillFieldId(autofillId=1073741824@1731097062), className=android.widget.EditText, isImportantForAutofill=true, text=, isFocused=true, autofillValue=null, inputType=InputTypeValue(value=18), autofillHints=[passwordAuto], htmlAttributes=[], children=[], url=Option.None, hintKeywordList=[, password_edit, Password])

1Password Version: 8.10.34

  • Hello @gsdstr, thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the trouble you're having.

To confirm, are you experiencing this issue in 1Password in the browser on a computer or only on Android?

I downloaded the app on my Android device and have been able to reproduce what you described. I have filed this with the team. In the meantime, I recommend copying and pasting the credentials from the 1Password Android app into the fields in the Ziraat app.

I hope that helps. I look forward to your reply.

The problem occurs when entering a password on this app screen.

  • @gsdstr

Thank you for posting the screenshot, I've added that information to the internal work item that we have open for the issue. Hopefully a fix will be included in a future update to 1Password soon. For the time being, you can copy and paste your login information from 1Password into the Ziraat app:

Copy and fill passwords into apps that don't work with 1Password

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Any estimate to fix? On android 8.10.36 a have same problem.

  • @gsdstr

Thank you for the followup! The issue is still open in our developer's backlog and I don't have an ETA on when it'll be fixed. For now, copying and pasting your login is the best workaround. I'm sorry again for the inconvenience.
