How can I delete a family member?

My goal is to delete and re-add a family member. I can't send a new invitation, bcs she only has one email address which is already being used. If I hit 'suspend', I still can't send her a new invite, and there is no delete. She never used her account on 1P7, and is not sure of her pw or secret key. So deleting and re-adding seems to be the best way to get her back on a shared vault on 1p8. The documentation says this can be done, but the system isn't working as described. Thanks for any help

    Ensure you are the account owner. If not you'll not have the necessary permissions.

    1. Open https://my.1password.com/people
    2. Select the name of the person.
    3. In the More Actions section on the left-hand side you should see the Suspend and Delete option.
