    Yes, I worked earlier today and did not see anything from you. The last message I see a record of from you was ~8 days ago. We've received no reply from you or the support ticket prior to that. It looks as if you're not getting our replies to you.

    You might consider writing to us using an alternate email address if you're not getting our replies. You may need to choose an alternate email provider. I've occasionally needed to suggest that to folks in some unusual situations.

    I've never had any problems with the address.
    I don't get any confirmations of receipt anymore.

    Is the address blocked by you?

    I'm sorry that you're not receiving our replies. Can you confirm the following:

    1. You're using the same email address that's associated with your forum account.
    2. That you've checked your spam/junk folder to see if our replies might be ending up there.

      No. I always write to support using a different address, but it's always the same one.

    I only received the notification about the new post by email. I always got that.

    I did not receive any other email.

    Please email support from a different address. If you're using a 1Password account I'd recommend temporarily changing your address to something different and then when things are resolved you can change it back. The reason I mention that is we do not have access to account details here in the community and if we're unable to reach you we'll both be just spinning our wheels. When you do write in please let me know the support ID and I can make a few notes on that side regarding the issue you're experiencing.
