I'm sorry that you're not receiving our replies. Can you confirm the following:
- You're using the same email address that's associated with your forum account.
- That you've checked your spam/junk folder to see if our replies might be ending up there.

I only received the notification about the new post by email. I always got that.
I did not receive any other email.

Please email support from a different address. If you're using a 1Password account I'd recommend temporarily changing your address to something different and then when things are resolved you can change it back. The reason I mention that is we do not have access to account details here in the community and if we're unable to reach you we'll both be just spinning our wheels. When you do write in please let me know the support ID and I can make a few notes on that side regarding the issue you're experiencing.
