    Hi there,

    I'm having issues using any function of 1Password. When I try to sign in, it gives me an "error 103" and when I try to click for help, it says "Can't send email."

    When I try to add/save a new password using the browser extension, it says "Password can't be saved."

    On your website, it says all systems operational -- but clearly that isn't the case.

    Please assist.

    I am having the same experience. Nothing works, all I get is a repeated "An error has occurred." is 1Pass down?

    I am trying to connect 1Password via the browser and it shows "Can't connect...Unexpected Error." The app is also showing that is it not connected to the 1Password server. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Has the server been attacked?

    Hi!

    I cannot log into the any of my 1password accounts I manage a couple of corporations, and cannot log into any of the (subdomain).1password.com accounts. Is there an outage?

    We are currently investigating reports of users being unable to sign into 1Password using either the app or the website.

    Thank you for your patience. Our engineers have rolled out changes to mitigate the issue and, after testing and monitoring, have confirmed that access to 1Password has now been restored for affected users.
