macOS 1password 8 window location & size changes to default... continually!
Why can't the window remember its location on screen and stop going back to the default center of the screen location. It's a crap shoot as to where it is depending on how I open/unlock the application... either through the browser or the menu bar or the main app.
Appears to be a thing from 2-3 years back after searching through this forum. Got tired of that.

Hello @derekwade! 👋
Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry for the frustration. Are you using multiple monitors or just one monitor/screen?
I look forward to hearing from you.

One.
Should it matter?
Screenshot attached. There it is. Right in the middle. Again.

If a monitor is plugged and unplugged 1Password defaults to the center position to ensure it is not off the screen. Can you clarify if you're using an external monitor and plugging and unplugging? If so, this is expected behavior. If not, then I'd recommend getting you into our support team and let them look at a diagnostics report. Please use the following steps to create a diagnostic report.
- Open 1Password.
- Press Command and comma (Control and comma on Windows). The 1Password Preferences/Settings will open.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Send Diagnostics.
- Select Reveal to locate the report in your Downloads folder.
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to

Never mind. I thought I was in to the support team.
Nobody's unplugging and plugging in monitors to trigger a default condition... just normal day to day use on a desktop. (Although my other apps can seem to remember where they were on an unplugged monitor.)
Not going down this rabbit hole. This behavior is on 5 different Macs, plus the previous Macs I no longer own. It's the coding, not something with this install.
I'll continue to live with it and think of it as a feature.

We do not have access to diagnostic reports here for your privacy. If you have what you believe to be a bug please submit the report and let the technical team look into it. You might have found one. By the sound of it you have.
