Several problems with 1password today

I am a new user and just switched to 1password. I am disappointed by its functioning. I added a card using the new web interface, when I went to add a tag, none were listed. I typed one in and I had 2 tags with the same name. I deleted the entire item, went back to the old interface, re added it. Again, no tags populated. I went to the desktop app and the item I added wasnt there, so I added it again in the desktop app, it is a Visa card, so I chose Visa as a type from the dropdown and it shows the Mastercard Logo. What is going on?

    Can you contact our technical team who can take a closer look at what happened? I'm especially inclined for that due to you mentioning the new interface. I'd like to have them investigate further.
