How to recover password in business edition?

out of the blue 1password wont accept my password for no apparent reason, and when I go through the forgot password process, it says it cant recover my password and that i have to contact my administrator. I work for an organization with 25,000 employees, how can i find out the administrator? Our local IT team do not know.

i cant find a way to contact 1Password support or raise a ticket - and the AI chatbot didnt help

    You can start by looking at your invitation to join 1Password. The owners email (or the person who invited you) would be listed there. You could then email them. With such a large company you might not have found the correct IT person. IT should be able to help in most situations.
