does the Vault feature cost extra?

Our 25,000 strong organization has a business subscription to 1password.
None of us using this has access to the vaults feature, which our IT team say is by design.

Without vaults we cannot securely share credentials and keys, a the standard share login feature does not offer expiry time or user whitelist option.

The question is, how much does the Vaults option cost, so we can make a business case to get permission to create and use vaults in our teams.

    It would seem this is a business decision on your teams side. Users and teams can create vaults as needed. There is no additional cost for vaults. I, for example, have 33 in my family.
