Major issues with Macos Chrome Extension and form filling

I'm running:
Macos Sonoma 14.5
1Password for Mac 8.10.34 (81034040),
1Password browser extension version 2.25.1 in Chrome

Using alaskaair.com as an example.

The extension works perfectly fine for logging in with existing 1password passwords.

The problem comes when you go through the sign up flow. The extension doesn't seem to recognize any of the account signup form, even the password fields. This makes it extraordinarily cumbersome to create a new account/password as you have to create the new password manually in 1password, then copy/paste back into the form.

This problem is not unique to alaskaair.com - we also experienced it trying to change passwords on ADP.com where it didn't recognize any of the password fields.

It's inconsistent, though, as password change of capitalone.com worked perfectly

I really want 1password to work for our family, but this inconsistent behavior is going to be a blocker I think. Hoping there is a solution!

1Password Version: 8.10.34
Extension Version: 2.25.1
OS Version: Sonoma 14.5
Browser: Chrome

    Thanks @bobwilkinson20

I've filed a bug report for the team to investigate. I was able to replicate your experience. Unfortunately, as websites change all we can do is adapt to the changes they make. It's a bit of a cat and mouse game. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Correct, Capital One works well for me, too. :)
