Correct. 1Password 8 and 1Password in the browser are distinct products. They can be used together or independently. You'll always see different release notes. Not all settings are shared between the two products. Some are distinct to allow greater flexibility while using different browsers. Not all features are available in different browsers at the same time. We generally strive for feature parity, but occasionally, conditions might warrant a different fix at a different time.
