Different Font when viewing and editing certain text fields
I have been a 1Password user since Version 4. But this is the first time I've noticed this...
It seems the Font for an imported field from an older version (1PW7) to the new version (1PW8) has some idiosyncrasies compared to a new field in the latest version.
For example, in the image below...
This is how two text fields shows similar information, but the text field for School on the top was from the import from 1PW7 and text field for Dist is the added field in 1PW8.
However, when you try to edit these fields, you can clearly see the differences...
I much prefer the font variation for all fields shown in the School field imported from 1PW7. But I can find no Font setting in the Preferences/Settings to force this. I hope this can be resolved in the next version.
I have 1Password in iOS for my iPhone, but I mostly use it macOS on my MacBook Pro.
1Password Version: 8.10.34
Extension Version: 2.25.1
OS Version: macOS 14.4.1
Browser: Safari

Hello @KPatrickCMD! 👋
Thank you for reporting the issue. I can reproduce the same issue on my end and I've filed a bug report with our development team. The team will investigate this further and hopefully a fix will be released in the future.
Since I'm not sure when (or if) a fix will be available, you can manually fix the items by creating a new custom field and then copying and pasting the information from the old custom field to the new one. Then you can remove the old custom field.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Dave,
Thank you for submitting a bug report. I look forward to the fix in a future version.
Now your suggestion of copying and pasting the information from the old field to new would work if I wanted to make the fields all the same with the similar looking 0/O and I/l... but I don't. I want my Zeros with the line in them and my Capital I's with the extra serifs to distinguish itself from Lowercase l's for every entry in 1Password. ;) I think the Monaco font on my Mac is a perfect substitution for a default font in 1 Password, but you probably won't do that. ;D I would like having the option in the Settings to set a certain font or make them all look as the do when choosing "Show in Large Type" for hidden fields would be quite nice.
Thank you for your time and quick response.

Thank you for the feedback! In addition to the bug report, I've filed a feature request with the team to make fonts and character styling configurable in 1Password. While I can't make any promises, the team will consider the feature for future versions of 1Password.
