Passwords are being revealed on a website after being filled
My passwords automatically show during logins. How do I set up to automatically hide all passwords when logging into any site? I have a Chrome extension on Mac.

Hello @savj22! 👋
Thank you for reaching out. Can you tell me a little more about the situation? Are you seeing passwords being revealed in 1Password itself? Or are you seeing them revealed after you fill them into a website?
If it's the latter then can you post a link to a website where you're seeing this happening so that I can take a look?
I look forward to hearing from you.

The password automatically reveals when I log in with my username on the Vanguard website. It used to hide the password (all ******) when I logged in and now the password shows when I log in.

Thank you for the example. I can reproduce the same issue on my end and I see that our development team is already working on a fix.
It looks like the new autosubmit feature is pressing the show password button on the page instead of pressing "Log in". If you'd like to workaround the issue for now, until a fix is released, then you can turn off autosubmit:
- Open your browser.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
- Click Autosave & fill.
- Turn off "Sign in automatically after autofill".
1Password will no longer try to automatically sign you in after filling your login credentials so it should no longer press the show password button. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry again for the inconvenience, I'm happy that the workaround helps avoid the issue.
