Link items between vaults
We are trying to link items between several different vaults into another vault (think retail locations and corporate offices). How do we go about doing this. We need to ensure that when information is changed in one vault, those changes are reflected in the other.

Items are not linkable/synced/updated across vaults. This is due to each vault being encrypted separately. It's best for the item to live in one vault. What about creating a new vault and moving the item to the new vault? That new vaults would be share amongst all of the retail locations in your example.

Thank you for the reply. We use Entra group security, would we be able to share each listing with the group and would it then be in the groups Vault?

If I follow you correctly it sounds like you may be looking for custom groups. They are specific to business accounts only.

We are on a business account and currently use Entra groups synchronized via a SCIM bridge. I am wondering if the sharing could be made to these groups (1 entry per group) and if so, would it show up in the synced group's vault after being shared.
