Has there been a fix for the issue where 1Password in the Safari browser isn't able to detect and fill fields on Chase.com? This initially worked fine, but stopped working around 6 weeks ago.

  • Hi @Trey01, thanks for reaching out!

Can you clarify if you're referring to an issue with filling on https://secure.chase.com/ or https://www.chase.com/?

I can confirm that there is a known issue with filling on the Chase website when visiting the https://secure.chase.com/ webpage that our development team is investigating. If this is impacting you, let me know, and I'll share your experience with our development team.

In the meantime, you should still be able to fill your credentials and sign in when using the "Welcome" login form directly on the Chase home page: https://www.chase.com/.

Let me know if that works for you and if you have any questions!

I am having an issue with https://secure.chase.com/. Using https://www.chase.com/ works like it should. Thank you.

Thanks for clarifying! It's good to hear that you're able to fill successfully on the Chase home page. I've shared your experience with our development team in the meantime while they look into the issue on https://secure.chase.com/, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!

When I try to initially log into chase.com at https://secure.chase.com/web/auth/nav?navKey=requestDashboard#/logon/logon/chaseOnline, neither the username nor the password get filled by 1Password. In other other cases, everything works fine.

Researching the issue, I noted that field IDs vary from page to page. When a page uses userId-text-input-field and password-text-input-field, everything works. The page that does not work uses userId-input and password-input.

Is there a way that I can tell 1Password to auto fill fields with different user ID?

    Thanks.

Thank you, @ag_tommy. I did a search before I opened this issue and did not see anything come up. Would you mind sending me the link the other reports.

    Thanks again.

No worries. Search sometimes is not that fruitful. https://1password.community/discussion/comment/713966
