Email address for 1Password support
How do I request support from 1Password for Windows 11? When I go to the Support page there are no options to open a support ticket. There is a chat window which is just a chat bot. There is the community which may or may not be monitored by support staff.
I'm not very happy with the way support is being presented by 1Password.
I did finally get the chat bot to open a ticket for me, but I have no idea of how to add information to that ticket.
My assumption is that the 1Password company does not value its customers enough to make contacting support easy. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Let me add more information.
I went to the support page and searched for my error. At the bottom there is a link for Email 1Password Support. That link takes me back to the support page with no way to email support. At least no obvious way that I see to email support.1 -
After looking over the entire web page, I did find the following at the very bottom, buried with other stuff. I'm, assuming "Contact Us" would work.
Not very user friendly.0 -
Please use the chatbot and it will allow you to open a support request and likely guide you to a helpful answer. That said, you can also email us directly using
support+forum@1password.com

Hello @ag_tommy, I had the same question/reaction as OP. Thanks for the clarification.
I don't know if you're an employee or just a super-helpful community member, but wouldn't it make more sense for 1Password to have the "Email 1Password Support" link automatically open an email to support+forum@1password.com and/or have a link directly to the chatbot instead of dumping customers into a loop back to a blank support page?

Yes, everyone can see the chat button. I'm referring to the "Email 1Password Support" link (see attached screenshot). What happens when you click on it? When I (and the person who originally posted this) clicks on it, it takes us back to the "Welcome to 1Password Support" page and the issue we're trying to resolve is erased leaving us back at the beginning with an empty search box. Why have the link at all? Or maybe rename it "Start over".
