After logging in on 1password web version, using firefox (snap) it only shows some js errors.
There is no extension and firefox and everything else is up to date.
Any idea what could be wrong?

This is what we see after logging in:

  • Hi @alexanderw3f, thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry that you're experiencing an issue with the 1Password web portal in Firefox. It looks like you may be encountering an issue that we're tracking. Do you have any other extensions installed in the browser? Do any of them alter the styling of webpages?

I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello David, thanks for your answer, there is the DockDuckGo Privacy Essentials Addon installed. We checked and disabling it worked. Afterwards it also worked when enabled. So it could be that you guys already fixed it, since it also works with it being enabled.
    Have a great week!

Thanks for clarifying that you have the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials add-on installed! We've had other reports of this behaviour occurring while this extension is installed in Firefox. It's good to hear that disabling and re-enabling it has helped to resolve things.

I've let our development team know about your experience regardless while they investigate further, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Let me know if the issue returns or if you have any other questions!
