Add new device link sent to another individual

I set up account on home computer, following day I attempted to add device. The link was not received by myself. I sent it three more times. I then received an imessage from another with the links. I reached out to 1Password and have experienced chatbox hell and email tag.
Screen shots sent as pdf were not able to be viewed. Screenshots included selecting my name, email, and phone number on Mac, message received showing device links sent by 1password to someone in my contacts. Apple was of no assistance as viewed as 3rd party problem being with 1Password, and 1Password support s with a third party.
