Hello I have the latest version of 1password extension on the latest version of Microsoft edge on Windows 10

I have a small HTML page that I wrote that requires a username and password to be entered

1password enters that information just fine but doesn't Auto submit

I'm wondering if there's some kind of HTML form syntax that's required for the auto submit to work that I need to add to my HTML page.
