Have PW and secret key but can't log in

I use the app and the Face ID stopped working so I was prompted to enter my password. Neither the app or website is accepting my password. I have my emergency kit printed out with the password and secret key. I am the account owner.

    Since we do not have account details here in the community, I'd suggest talking with my colleagues in email support. Please use

    support+forum@1password.com and send the submission from the accounts registered email address.

    Some things to consider:

    The most common thing in my experience is a password change. Have you changed your password? Check the caps lock key. Check for stuck non responsive keys on the keyboard.
