ADP Workforce Now login not using browser plugin

Hi! I use ADP Workforce Now (https://online.adp.com) for work very frequently and log into it at least 3x a day. Recently I noticed that the browser plugin that makes it easy for me to click the login I have saved doesn't work at all. I haven't seen anything else on the subject! I primarily use Firefox, but it doesn't work in Google Chrome either.

    Hi @AEMorin96, thanks for reaching out!

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble filling on the ADP website. I've tested autofill on the ADP login page and also encountered trouble filling. When inspecting the page, I can see that it is using some HTML elements called Shadow DOM elements, which can keep sections of the webpage sort of “hidden” from other sections. This results in 1Password being prevented from interacting with the page as expected, and ends up interfering with the ability to successfully fill on the page.


    Our development team has created a fix that is currently being tested in the 1Password beta extension (Version 2.26.0), which is available in the Chrome Web Store. If you'd like to try it out, you can install and switch over to the 1Password beta extension:

    If you'd prefer to wait for the fix to make its way to the stable version, I would suggest trying to use the drag and drop method or copy and paste the details in the meantime.
